Returns and Refunds Policy

At Glamcin, each product is made specially for you using a Print-on-Demand (POD) service via our trusted partner Printful. Since all products are custom-made, we follow a specific return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns – Change of Mind or Wrong Size

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection made at checkout

Since every item is printed on demand, we encourage all customers to carefully review size guides and product details before placing an order.

Replacements & Refunds – If There’s a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if the wrong item is received, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is due to our error (e.g., faulty print or damaged item), we’ll cover all shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed, reshipment costs will apply. If unclaimed or undeliverable items are returned to our production facility and not resolved, they may be donated after 30 days.

Hygiene-Related Products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items such as face masks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Report an Issue with Your Order

If you notice a problem with your order — such as a wrong item, defect, misprint, or damage — please follow these steps to report it:

  1. Email us at:
    support@glamcin.com
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • One or more clear photos of the affected item(s)
  3. Time Limit:
    Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
